Chef Emme Catering Co. is a full service catering company serving Seattle and surrounding cities. We approach every event with creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Since founding Chef Emme Catering Co. in 2013, chef and owner Emme Ribeiro Collins has built a team of chefs and event planners who are passionate about serving great food and creating memorable moments. We take pride in customizing every detail to our clients’ taste and budget — and producing parties where our clients feel as relaxed as their guests.
In 2018, we expanded into our new Ravenna headquarters, which includes a 1,000 sq ft new private event venue, Alcove Dining Room where we cater events onsite for up to 48 guests seated or 60 guests cocktail style.
Chef Emme Collins attended Seattle Culinary Academy in 2010. She graduated from SCA as "Outstanding Culinarian” of her graduating class, chosen by her chef instructors.
After culinary school, Emme traveled to Washington D.C. where she underwent an organic summer internship at Restaurant Nora, America’s first certified organic restaurant. There, she worked under the tutelage of celebrity chef Nora Pouillon and her team. When she returned to Seattle, she spent time working at some of Seattle’s top restaurants and catering company.
In 2013, Emme began working as a Private Chef to celebrity & high profile clients in the Seattle area. Her work as a private chef soon evolved to launching her boutique catering company, Chef Emme Catering Co. She has catered hundreds of events from weddings and birthday celebrations to corporate events.
Emme has appeared on Food Network FOX Network, New Day Northwest and Q13 Fox News. Her work has been featured on Food Network Online, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met Bride and Groom, The New York Times, Seattle Weekly Blog, Examiner and Crave Local.
