Emme Collins is a Brazilian-born chef, storyteller, and cultural entrepreneur based in Seattle. Rooted in the vibrant flavors of Bahia, she celebrates Afro-Brazilian cuisine through Baiana, the Afro-Brazilian restaurant she co-owns at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, her upcoming debut cookbook with Artisan, and her podcast Dishin’ Up Diaspora.
